Wooden Flooring Bauwerk Trendpark 1390 Oak Sasso 24 B-Protect brushed is a plank parquet by the Swiss manufacturer Bauwerk from the Trendpark 1390 collection in the colour Oak Sasso.
Bauwerk Trendpark 1390 – plank parquet
Trendpark 1390 is Bauwerk’s two-layer 10.5 mm plank parquet measuring 1390 x 137 mm with a 3.5 mm oak top layer on a spruce base. Bauwerk calls it its largest unbevelled plank – the surface looks seamless and calm.
Colour and grade
Sasso is a cool, muted grey tone with lively grain. Grade 24 is moderately lively: smaller knots and natural colour variation add life to the surface while the overall look stays calm.
Surface finish
B-Protect® is Bauwerk’s own factory finish: a fine multi-layer seal that closes the surface completely while keeping the look of almost untreated wood. It is very matt, resistant to water and chemicals and particularly UV-stable, so the colour stays unchanged for a long time. It offers the protection of a lacquer with easy care. The brushed surface brings out the grain and hides everyday marks.

Two-layer parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with a suitable parquet adhesive (Bauwerk recommends e.g. MS40). Full-surface bonding gives quiet footfall, a stable floor and good heat transfer. The parquet is suitable for hot-water underfloor heating – follow the requirements of Bauwerk’s installation instructions (surface temperature up to 29 °C).
Skirtings and stair solutions in the same tone
Matching skirting boards and stair nosings as well as stair treads and risers for this collection can be ordered from Bauwerk in the same tone and finish, so that the floor, skirtings and stairs form a harmonious whole.
