Wooden Flooring Bauwerk Cleverpark 1250 Slightly Smoked Oak Cacao 15 oiled is a plank parquet by the Swiss manufacturer Bauwerk from the Cleverpark 1250 collection in the colour Slightly Smoked Oak Cacao.
Bauwerk Cleverpark 1250 – plank parquet
Cleverpark 1250 is Bauwerk’s two-layer 9.5 mm parquet measuring 1250 x 100 mm. The narrow unbevelled boards suit shipdeck and English patterns, and the low build height makes it a good choice for renovations.
Colour and grade
Cacao is the deep chocolate-brown tone of slightly smoked oak, with the grain still visible. Grade 15* is moderately lively: smaller knots and natural colour variation add life to the surface while the overall look stays calm. The asterisk (*) means the boards are free of sapwood.
Surface finish
The surface is natural oiled at the factory. The oil penetrates deep into the wood, brings out the grain and leaves the floor with a warm, matt and natural feel. Minor wear can be repaired locally and the surface refreshed with Bauwerk care oil. The brushed surface brings out the grain and hides everyday marks.

Installation and underfloor heating
Two-layer parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with a suitable parquet adhesive (Bauwerk recommends e.g. MS40). Full-surface bonding gives quiet footfall, a stable floor and good heat transfer. The parquet is suitable for hot-water underfloor heating – follow the requirements of Bauwerk’s installation instructions (surface temperature up to 29 °C).
