ABK Poetry Wood is a collection of full coloured body porcelain tiles (gres porcellanato a massa colorata, group BIa GL) designed by Paola Navone’s Otto Studio. The tiles recreate the look and grain of natural oak planks while being waterproof, hard-wearing and easy to maintain – an ideal alternative to a wooden floor in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.
The OUT.20 surface is slip-resistant (R11) and frost-resistant – the warmth of wood on your terrace with no oiling or maintenance.
The 20 mm OUT.20 tile is designed for terraces, balconies, pool surrounds and walkways; it can be glued to a concrete base or laid loose on gravel, sand or adjustable pedestals.
In full coloured body porcelain, the body of the tile is tinted right through its thickness in the same shade as the surface – if the surface is ever chipped or worn, it is far less noticeable. Read more: Ceramic tiles – their different properties and solutions.
