Batik is a decorative tile with a batik-inspired pattern on a stone base; the tiles come in different patterns mixed randomly at packing. The Graphite version features dark graphite patterns.
ABK Poetry Stone Reloaded is a natural stone effect collection by Paola Navone’s Otto Studio, recreating Jura limestone and Italian volcanic basaltina. The full-body porcelain tiles (group BIa UGL) are made with P.tech technology; the range includes 6 mm 120×280 cm slabs, 8.5 mm 120×120, 60×120, 20×120 and 60×60 cm tiles, 20 mm OUT.20 outdoor tiles and the Curve, Batik and Wet decors.
The matt surface is easy to maintain; the decorative tiles can be combined with the plain tiles of the collection on walls and floors.
The 8.5 mm 60×120 cm tile is suitable for both floors and walls – including bathroom tiles and rooms with underfloor heating.
In full coloured body porcelain, the body of the tile is tinted right through its thickness in the same shade as the surface – if the surface is ever chipped or worn, it is far less noticeable. Read more: Ceramic tiles – their different properties and solutions.
