Solid Douglas Fir Floorboards I/III – Douglas fir is a hard, durable softwood with a warm reddish tone and expressive grain – wide, long boards give a room an authentic country-house look. Grade I/III (re-sorted): a lively softwood look with knots and natural colour variation.
The boards are factory sanded and supplied unfinished – after installation the floor can be oiled, lacquered or waxed in the shade and sheen you want.
Solid wood floorboards with tongue and groove on all 4 sides and bevelled edges (Douglas fir: square edges). The boards come in random lengths (system lengths), giving the floor a natural, calm look. Installed fully glued or fixed; a solid wood floor can be sanded and refinished many times over its life. Suitable for underfloor heating (follow the installation guidelines). Made in Germany.
