Description
The skirting board fixing track Quick-Step NETRACK makes installing skirtings quick and clean. The track is fixed to the wall with screws or Quick-Step One4All / Multiglue adhesive, and the skirting boards simply click into place. If needed, the skirting can be removed again later, for example when repainting the walls or replacing cables.
Fixing track for Quick-Step standard skirtings
NETRACK is used with Quick-Step laminate standard skirtings (12 × 58 mm), which have the same decor and texture as the floor. One 2.4 m track is needed for each 2.4 m skirting, so you need as many tracks as skirtings. The skirting is always fixed to the wall, never to the floor, so that the floating floor can move freely and the expansion gap along the wall stays open.
Installation
Fix the skirting board fixing track to the wall slightly above floor level so that the skirting rests lightly on the floor once clicked in. In corners, cut the track to the same length as the skirting. Screw fixing works on all walls, while gluing is a quick solution for smooth and dry surfaces.
