Bauwerk Trendpark 1390 – plank parquet
Trendpark 1390 is Bauwerk’s two-layer 10.5 mm plank parquet measuring 1390 x 137 mm with a 3.5 mm oak top layer on a spruce base. Bauwerk calls it its largest unbevelled plank – the surface looks seamless and calm.
Colour and grade
The Nature tone is the natural, slightly honey-warm colour of oak with clearly visible grain. Grade 46 is rustic: large knots and strong colour variation create a characterful, country-style floor.
Surface finish
The surface is sealed with several thin coats of matt lacquer that form a durable protective film. Matt lacquer resists wear and moisture well, does not collect dirt and needs little care – a good choice for busy rooms. The brushed surface brings out the grain and hides everyday marks.

Installation and underfloor heating
Two-layer parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with a suitable parquet adhesive (Bauwerk recommends e.g. MS40). Full-surface bonding gives quiet footfall, a stable floor and good heat transfer. The parquet is suitable for hot-water underfloor heating – follow the requirements of Bauwerk’s installation instructions (surface temperature up to 29 °C).
