Quick-Step is a brand of the Belgian company Unilin, known for high-quality laminate, vinyl and wood floors. Quick-Step engineered wood combines the warmth of real oak with smart technology – easy Uniclic click installation, durable finishes and a lifetime residential warranty.
Quick-Step Massimo – the widest and longest plank
Massimo is Quick-Step’s widest and longest parquet plank: 260 mm wide and 2.2 m long boards create a spacious, luxurious floor that lets the natural grain of the oak come fully into its own. Particularly suited to large rooms and open-plan homes.
Construction
Quick-Step engineered wood flooring has four layers:
- UV-cured finish – lacquer in 5–7 layers or oil in 2 layers
- oak top layer ±2.5 mm, PEFC-certified wood
- wooden core giving the plank its stability
- 2 mm wood veneer backing
Moisture and rooms
This is a classic engineered wood floor suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, studies and hallways. The floor is not waterproof and is not suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms or saunas.
Grading and appearance
The Vibrant grading is full of character – very lively colour variation, big knots and cracks create an authentic, natural floor.
Finish
The extra matt UV lacquer gives the impression of untreated natural wood while strongly protecting the surface against wear, scratches and stains. Maintenance is easy – a vacuum cleaner and a damp cloth are all you need.

- floating on Quick-Step SilentWalk underlay or glued to the subfloor with Pallmann P4 parquet adhesive
- suitable for underfloor heating and cooling (floor surface temperature up to 27 °C)
