Parquet floor Bauwerk Casapark Budget Cut oak 45 brushed natural oiled 181mm is a 3-layer oak parquet of Swiss Bauwerk quality, now offered as a clearance item. This parquet floor Bauwerk Budget Cut oiled 181mm is glued down to the subfloor – the 181 mm wide and 2.2 m long boards create a calm floor with long, clean lines.
Parquet floor Bauwerk Budget Cut oiled 181mm – clearance offer
The clearance price is €40.74/m² (€129.97 per pack, 3.19 m² per pack). Stock on 17.10.2026: 632 m². The quantity is limited and the offer is valid while stocks last. For larger projects we recommend reserving the required amount in good time.
Grade and tone
Grade 45 is rustic: the floor shows larger knots, small cracks and lively colour variation, which give the room a natural and characterful look. Knots and cracks are filled with black filler. Tone: natural oak. The brushed surface gently brings out the wood grain and makes the floor livelier.
In the Budget Cut series the boards are 2.2 m long, but the hardwood top layer is joined crosswise at one point – each board is covered with two shorter hardwood lamellas. This way you get quality Bauwerk plank parquet at a lower price.
Surface finish
Natural oil penetrates the wood and gives the floor a natural matt look. An oiled surface is easy to maintain and small scratches can be repaired locally. Use care products intended for oiled floors.
Installation
The parquet floor Bauwerk Budget Cut oiled 181mm has a tongue and groove joint and is fully glued to the subfloor with parquet adhesive. Glued parquet is quiet underfoot, stable and very well suited to underfloor heating. An expansion gap is left along the walls and covered with a skirting board. Bevels on both long sides emphasise the length of the boards. Matching skirting boards and stair solutions can be ordered in the same tone.
