Description
Bauwerk Vectorpark herringbone parquet
Vectorpark is Bauwerk’s 2-layer oak herringbone parquet, developed specifically for the classic herringbone pattern and the ideal choice for this timeless, much-loved design. The plank dimensions of 790 × 137 × 10.5 mm give the pattern generous room to breathe, lending the traditional herringbone a modern and distinguished look.
A bevel on all four sides of the plank (4V) creates a three-dimensional effect that visually emphasizes every individual strip and gives the overall pattern a clear, elegant rhythm. The brushed surface brings out the wood’s natural structure and offers a pleasant, memorable tactile experience. In sunlight the wood’s vibrant character comes into its own, as the reflected light dances across the brushed surface.
Thanks to its dimensions, Vectorpark is equally well suited to expansive projects and more compact living spaces, combining elegant design with excellent value for money.
Colours and surface finishes
The collection is available in three oak tones: Farina, Mandorla, and Nature. Three different surface finishes are available, including a natural oiled surface and matt lacquer finish.
Laying patterns
Vectorpark was designed first and foremost for the herringbone pattern, but the generous plank dimensions also allow for other classic and creative laying styles – thanks to the balanced proportions, the result always stays harmonious and contemporary:
Herringbone – the timeless classic Vectorpark is made for; the large planks give the traditional pattern a modern feel.
Parallel pattern – the large dimensions also enable creative solutions such as parallel and ladder patterns.
Ladder pattern – a rhythmic, graphic solution for spacious areas.
Shipdeck and English pattern – additional options for a more classic, calm overall look.
Matching made-to-order stair solutions are also available for Bauwerk Vectorpark, so the parquet can continue seamlessly onto stairs in the same wood type, finish and orientation.
Full-surface bonding is recommended, ensuring optimum stability and energy efficiency with underfloor heating while creating pleasant room acoustics.
