Bauwerk Vectorpark – herringbone parquet
Vectorpark is Bauwerk’s two-layer 10.5 mm parquet measuring 790 x 137 mm, designed primarily for herringbone. The 3.5 mm oak top layer and four-sided bevel make every strip stand out; packs contain left- and right-tongued strips (L+R).
Colour and grade
Mandorla is a muted almond-brown mid tone – balanced and timeless. Grade 24 is moderately lively: smaller knots and natural colour variation add life to the surface while the overall look stays calm.
Surface finish
The surface is natural oiled at the factory. The oil penetrates deep into the wood, brings out the grain and leaves the floor with a warm, matt and natural feel. Minor wear can be repaired locally and the surface refreshed with Bauwerk care oil. The brushed surface brings out the grain and hides everyday marks.

Installation and underfloor heating
Two-layer parquet is fully glued to the subfloor with a suitable parquet adhesive (Bauwerk recommends e.g. MS40). Full-surface bonding gives quiet footfall, a stable floor and good heat transfer. The parquet is suitable for hot-water underfloor heating – follow the requirements of Bauwerk’s installation instructions (surface temperature up to 29 °C).
