ABK Poetry Net is a collection of full coloured body porcelain tiles (gres porcellanato a massa colorata, group BIa GL) designed by Paola Navone’s Otto Studio. A fine mesh-like texture is added to a concrete and cement look, giving the material depth and a crafted character. The five-shade range includes 6 mm 120×280 cm slabs, 8.5 mm 120×120 and 60×120 cm tiles and the patterned Patch and Multi decors.
The natural matt surface is slip-resistant (R10) and easy to maintain – suitable for both homes and commercial spaces.
The light 6 mm 120×280 cm slab is ideal for wall cladding, furniture and kitchen surfaces and for renovation over existing tiles; few joints create a seamless concrete surface.
In full coloured body porcelain, the body of the tile is tinted right through its thickness in the same shade as the surface – if the surface is ever chipped or worn, it is far less noticeable. Read more: Ceramic tiles – their different properties and solutions.
