ABK Interno 9 is a collection of full coloured body porcelain tiles (gres porcellanato a massa colorata, group BIa GL) that recreates oxidised metal, corten steel and zinc. The Interno 9 Wide series includes 6 mm 120×280 cm slabs and 8.5 mm 120×120 and 80×80 cm tiles; the main series has 8.5 mm 60×120, 60×60 and 30×60 cm tiles.
The semi-polished (lappato) surface has a soft sheen that brings out the depth and nuances of the metal look. This item is not in the ABK 2026 price list – available while stocks last.
The 8.5 mm 60×60 cm tile is suitable for both floors and walls, including rooms with underfloor heating.
In full coloured body porcelain, the body of the tile is tinted right through its thickness in the same shade as the surface – if the surface is ever chipped or worn, it is far less noticeable. Read more: Ceramic tiles – their different properties and solutions.
