Veneered Parquet
Good quality natural veneer parquet is the dream of every home owner. What could be more durable and closer to nature than a natural veneer parquet playing with its natural, beautiful texture under our feet.
Veneer parquet is a thin parquet solution, which is a particularly good solution for installation on top of underfloor heating. The construction of veneered parquet is made of HDF, which is a dense material, and in combination with the material thickness of 7.2-8.5 mm, the product has very good thermal conductivity e. with low thermal resistance. The middle HDF layer of veneer parquets distributes the heat evenly, and the glue-free connection prevents the formation of possible cracks in the joints of the parquet boards. Thanks to the strong HDF middle layer, the veneer parquet is significantly more resistant to possible impact and crushing damage (for example, shoes with stiletto heels).

Veneered Parquet – the Beauty of Natural Wood, a Sensible Price and Durability
Veneered parquet is a smart choice for anyone who appreciates the natural look and feel of wood but wants it at a lower price and with a smaller environmental footprint. It is a multi-layer floor covering whose top layer is a thin hardwood veneer – such as oak, ash or walnut – on a stable, strong HDF core supported by a bottom balancing layer.
Advantages of veneered parquet
-
The look of natural wood
Thanks to the genuine wood veneer, the surface of veneered parquet has the same texture, finish and warm feel as classic natural parquet. -
A sensible price
Veneered parquet is considerably more affordable than classic plank parquet or natural parquet, as less hardwood is used. -
Good stability and dimensional accuracy
The multi-layer construction ensures resistance to temperature fluctuations and moisture. -
Resistance to water damage
Our veneered parquet floors are noticeably more resistant to damage caused by moisture and water than conventional oak parquet on a wooden core. -
Suitable for underfloor heating
Thanks to the HDF core and lower overall thickness, veneered parquet has a lower thermal resistance than natural parquet, making it very well suited to rooms with underfloor heating. -
High dent resistance
The strong HDF core makes veneered parquet more resistant to dents and impressions (e.g. from high heels or heavy objects being dropped).
Installation options
Veneered parquet can be installed either floating or glued down. Both methods have their own advantages depending on the purpose of the room and the technical requirements.
Floating installation (click system)
-
Simple and quick installation
-
Use of a high-quality underlay with high compressive strength is recommended
-
Well suited to home use and renovation projects
Glue-down installation
-
Ensures better thermal conductivity and lower footstep noise
-
Allows installation without expansion joints even over larger areas
-
Well suited to commercial premises and rooms with underfloor heating
