Which adhesive is suitable for glass mosaic?
Use a white tile adhesive for glass mosaic, as glass is translucent and a grey adhesive can alter its colour. The adhesive layer must be even so that trowel marks don't show through the glass.
Does glass mosaic scratch?
Glass mosaic is hard and scratch-resistant, but abrasive cleaners and rough scourers can damage the glossy surface. Clean with a soft cloth and a neutral cleaner; mirror mosaic needs particularly gentle handling.
Can glass mosaic be used on floors?
Glass mosaic is intended mainly for walls, as the glossy surface can be slippery when wet. For floors, especially in showers, ceramic or stone mosaic is a better choice – check the product details for suitability.
