Information about ordering

What shipping methods are available?

We deliver goods mostly by home delivery, but it is also possible to pick up the goods from the warehouse if you wish. We send small-sized products to the desired address by parcel machine or courier.

How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?

Stock products are mostly available with a delivery time of 3-5 working days, and for ordered products, the possible delivery time should be specified in advance. If the product is delivered outside of Estonia, the delivery time may be longer depending on the destination.

Do we also deliver outside of Estonia?

We deliver goods throughout the European Union and additionally to Norway and England.

How long does the ordered product take to be delivered?

For the most part, the delivery time of ordered goods is 2-4 weeks. At the same time, we always check the delivery time from the manufacturer before confirming the order and try to provide the most adequate information on the basis of which it is possible to decide on the delivery time suitability.

Payment methods

What payment methods do we accept?

We offer Montonio payment solutions. We accept bank transfers, credit card payments. In the Estonian market, we offer Montonio shared e. Split payment solution.

Montonio split payment solution – pay for the goods later in up to three equal parts!

From a purchase amount of €25, you can spread the cost of the shopping cart over several months – without interest, contract and administration fees.

Pay later – You can pay for the goods after a month without any additional fees. 0% interest, €0 contract fee and €0 administration fee.

Pay in 2 installments – Spread payments over two months at no additional cost. 0% interest, €0 contract fee and €0 administration fee.

Pay in 3 installments – Spread payments over three months at no additional cost. 0% interest, €0 contract fee and €0 administration fee.

How to act? – Select suitable products from the e-store – add products to the shopping cart – go to pay – fill in the required fields – choose the most suitable payment method (pay later or in 2-3 installments) – place an order – identify yourself with Mobile ID / Smart ID or ID card – fill required gaps – provide details!

Is online shopping safe?

Yes. If you pay for a product with a credit card and the product is scrap, broken or never arrives, you have the right to claim reimbursement through your credit card provider.

Ordering and returning goods

How to place an order?

It’s easy – choose the product, select the appropriate quantity, indicate the delivery address and we will check the availability of the product and the possible delivery cost. After checking the availability of the goods, we will send an order confirmation with either free or paid shipping costs, and after confirming the order with payment, we will add the order to the work and send the goods

Do I need to register an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create a separate account to order goods.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In this case, please contact us by e-mail info@viimistluskaubamaja.ee and refer to the specific order number that you have completed and inform about the desired changes. If possible, we will cancel or change the order.

Can I track my order?

In case the order is in progress by courier or road transport, which has tracking e. We can provide you with the tracking number if you wish.

Can I return the product?

Products can be returned for online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The returned product must be packed in the original packaging.

If the reason for the return is the poor quality of the product, we will replace the product or its defective parts with better quality ones or refund the money.

Defected – or damaged product is replaced in accordance with the laws of the Estonian state.

The 14-day right of return applies only to private individuals and does not extend to legal entities.
